Anonymous asked: Hey so i did a lot of working out between last August to December, and i used to eat a LOT because of all the working out.. i gained about 35 lbs; unfortunately it wasn't all muscle, and now i need to get rid of all the extra fat.. any suggestions? i already have lost about 8 pounds (leaving me at 177). i have fruits for lunch, and usually grilled chicken for dinner, and cereal for breakfast....
